About Us
“JIFFY” Mix, aka Chelsea Milling Company, is family-owned business who has been milling flour for over one hundred years. Our entire operation is located in Chelsea, Michigan and our products are shipped to all 50 states, as well as some foreign countries through the United States Military.

“JIFFY” Mix Tours
To schedule a free one hour tour of “JIFFY”, please call the Tour Department at (734) 475-1361. Tours include a video presentation, refreshments and a walk through the “JIFFY” packaging plant. Reservations are required, and can be scheduled Monday through Friday from 9am-3pm. Tours last approximately 1 1/2 hours, and are for ages 6 and up.
