The Sounds and Sights Festival held its eighth annual Chelsea Chalk Art Contest on Saturday, July 30, 2022. Participants of all ages transformed Palmer Commons, located at 304 S Main Street, into colorful renderings from 8 am until 4 pm. The Chelsea Area Chamber of Commerce awarded almost $1,000 in prizes across 11 contest categories.  We are looking forward to next year’s event and seeing our Best in Show Winner (Mia Brenner) as a Featured Artist!
