Couch to 5K Training Program
Haven’t run a 5K in a while — or ever? Did your New Year’s resolution stall out?
CERC is offering a FREE nine-week Couch-to-5K program to get you to the starting line of the Revel Run 5K on May 9 (benefiting Chelsea track & field).
We meet Mondays & Wednesdays at 6 p.m. and Saturdays at 9 a.m., starting March 9 at 6 p.m. at the Border-to-Border Trailhead on Freer Road. Led by Beach Middle School cross-country coach Sam Angus and other experienced runners. All levels welcome.
