Detox/Retox Yoga

Have love for yourself. Take some time for yourself, find your breath and something to be grateful for and destress & detox with yoga with Roo at Revel Run. Everyone is welcomed to this light hearted, all level yoga class. Modifications are given, from advanced to beginners.

What to bring/wear: Yoga mat (not included), blanket or block if you want (not necessary), water to drink and wear comfortable clothing.

New year, new location! We’re excited to be at Revel Run for this event! The event will take place on Saturday, February 15th at 4:30p upstairs at the Biergarten. Following class, grab a drink downstairs. Tacos Y Tortes food truck will be there too.

All tickets include a beverage. Ticket Price $25 per person.

Tickets are transferable. Tickets are non-fundable!
