Holiday Detox / Retox Yoga

You have made it through most of the holidays. Ate too much? Drank too much? Spent too much? Anxious of what will happen in 2024? Take some time for yourself, find your breath and something to be grateful for. Destress & detox with yoga with Roo Morgan from Eclipse Yoga.

Everyone is welcomed to this light hearted, all level yoga class. Modifications are given, from advanced to beginners.

What to bring/wear:
Yoga mat (not included), blanket or block if you want (not necessary), water to drink and wear comfortable clothing.

The event will take place on Friday, December 29th at 6PM in the Pasture Barn. Following class, grab a drink at The Nest Cocktail Bar & Kitchen. All tickets include a beverage.
