Manpower is hiring Production and Manufacturing workers for Gestamp in Chelsea! Join us at our upcoming job fairs happening Thursday, October 7th and Friday, October 8th from 10am – 4pm. The events are taking place onsite at Gestamp, located at 5800 Sibley Road in Chelsea. Look for us at the tent in the parking lot.

We’re seeking both part- and full-time candidates on all three shifts. Starting pay rate is $16.00-18.00 per hour plus shift premium. Weekend crew earns overtime (1.5) on Saturdays and double time on Sundays regardless of hours worked Monday-Friday! Temporary employees are eligible for full-time hire review after 30 days. Once converted to full-time, employees are eligible for up to $500 in sign-on bonuses, benefits after 30 days, 401(k) match for full-time employees, and even medical benefits for certain part-time employees.
