Everything Pumpkin

It’s FALL Y’ALL!!! Time for all things pumpkin! Learn how to make these 2 classic fall baked goods that will showcase your love of fall.

In this engaging, hands on class, students will learn how to make 2 classic fall desserts from scratch; pumpkin pie and pumpkin rolls. Working in teams, students will make pie dough, pumpkin custard pie filling, pumpkin spice cake with filling and how to make the pumpkin roll. Any part of the pie or roll not eaten in class can be taken home.

All ingredients, recipes, apron and a beverage will be provided. This class is suitable for people 12 and older.
