Artisan Breads
In this engaging hands-on class, students will learn about the basics of making artisan bread. Each student will learn about and begin the process of making a sourdough starter, and they will make, shape, score and bake the artisan bread in our European hearth oven. Breads made will include ciabatta, baguette, and sourdough.
Students will take home the bread baked off in class, the recipe packet and all the tips and tricks needed to successfully make these breads at home.
This hands on class is best suited for people 16 and over. Please wear comfortable shoes. Recipes, aprons, towels, all ingredients necessary will be provided.
