CDL’s Chills in Chelsea Halloween Party is back! Celebrate all things spooky and terrifying! Join us at our Halloween Party and listen to scary stories, do creepy crafts, play goofy games, and walk through Haunted KidSpot! Come in costume and we’ll hunt for treats throughout the library.
