SUMMARY:Behind the Scenes at the PRT with Danna Segrest
DESCRIPTION:Join Purple Rose Theatre resident artist Danna Segrest\nfor a special evening of stories, memories, and a\nbehind-the-scenes look at one of Chelsea’s most beloved\ncultural institutions. Danna has been a cherished member of\nthe Purple Rose Theatre family since its very first production in\n1991. A graduate of MSU with a BS in Communications and Theatre,\nDanna brings a wealth of experience and a hands-on spirit to her\nwork. As a resident artist, she is truly a jack-of-all-trades, lending\nher talents to everything from designing props to caring for the theatre’s plants. Her dedication, creativity, and willingness to pitch in wherever needed have made her a familiar and valued presence at the Purple Rose for more than three decades. Danna’s many years with the theatre give her a unique perspective on the people, productions, and countless behind-the-scenes moments that have helped make the Purple Rose such a special part of Chelsea.\n
