Having spent years in the food and hospitality industry, he developed a love (and minor obsession!) for eating with the seasons and learning to respectfully work with our wild areas to provide food, medicine, and fiber. Now, through Chelsea Farmers Supply, he spends his time sharing his passion for all things wild and homegrown.\nDuring this presentation we will take a deeper look at the humble mushroom, learn about the life cycle, some different types of culinary and medicinal species, and how you can integrate them into your garden and health routine.
