DESCRIPTION:Thanksgiving weekend – seeing family, maybe good? maybe stressful? No judgement. Perhaps you run away and have class by yourself. Maybe you bring them with you, something fun to enjoy. If you have people in your group that doesn’t do yoga, no worries. They can hang out downstairs and you can meet up afterwards (yes, there will be football games on at The Foxhole). Take some time for yourself, find your breath and something to be grateful for and destress & detox with yoga with Roo at Revel Run. Everyone is welcomed to this light hearted, all level yoga class. Modifications are given, from advanced to beginners. Good chance, I’ll add some fascia release in – really help decrease tension in the body.\nWhat to bring/wear: Yoga mat (not included), blanket or block if you want (not necessary), water to drink and wear comfortable clothing.\nClass is upstairs, then go to The Fox Hole and grab a drink downstairs. A food truck will be there too.\nAll tickets include a beverage. Ticket Price $25 per person. Click here to register\nTickets are transferable.
