Permaculture: The Fermentable Harvest

In this hands-on workshop with certified Permaculture Designer Bridget O’Brien, participants will learn a variety of approaches to preserving fall veggie harvests with fermentation. After discussing several easy-to-grow, fermentation-friendly crops for our region, Bridget will lead the class in making their own jars of mixed-veggie kraut with organic Robin Hills Farm produce to take home, and prepare a batch of kombucha for the class to share.
